Use folders, skip what you do not need, and export audio for the files you will replay offline. Speechdash is a library, not a dump button.
Bulk export only works if the library is already organized. Speechdash is a personal library, not a courtroom batch service.
Folders first
Group a course, a week of calls, or a single project. Export is then a choice, not a zip of everything you ever imported.
Listen before you export
Fix names and skip junk while the file is still in Speechdash. Exporting a raw first pass just moves the cleanup to your headphone commute.
Credits
Export uses the credit wallet unless those sentences are still cached from Cloud play. Heavy days need Unlimited for the document cap, not because Eco listening ran out.
Free vs Unlimited
Free has a daily document allowance. Unlimited removes it. Neither plan means "export 10,000 hours overnight."
