A charge labeled transcribe.org is not Speechdash. Open your Speechdash billing page before you dispute a Speechdash invoice.
What to do
Read the descriptor
People sometimes mix this site up with a transcription vendor. Speechdash never bills as transcribe.org.
Open Speechdash billing
Settings → billing shows active Speechdash subscriptions and receipts.
If it is not Speechdash
If the descriptor is that other site, write to that merchant. We cannot refund a charge we did not take.
If you are unsure
Send the date and last four digits from Support. We can say whether it is a Speechdash invoice.
Speechdash will not
Bill you under another product name
Ask you to pay by surprise gift card
Require a second account for the same inbox without your action
